Shipping Information

Time for Shipping

Please allow up to 7 working days for production of Custom Backpacks, processing, and shipping, although items are usually shipped as soon as possible. Once in the mail, domestic shipping takes 2 to 5 business days, and 5 to 10 business days for all European purchases. If you need something sooner, just send me an e-mail and we can find the best solution. We also ship worldwide and it can take up to 20 days for the parcel to arrive.

Shipping Fee

I always try to find the most convenient way to send my parcels. Unfortunatelly Spain does not offer budget options for small business like mine at this moment.

Standard shipping without tracking: 8 Euros

Basic Shipping with tracking: 15 Euro

*Free shipping for any purchase over 120 Euro (applies to all countries in the schengen area)

Return Policy

If something goes wrong during the process of shipping we are happy to solve it with you together. Please contact Meatball Design under orders@meatballdesign.com

Please note that we understand that sometimes you can change your mind and would like to return the product. We want you happy and will take any purchased backpack that you bought via the Onlineshop. The Meatball Design Return Policy is 15 days after receiving the parcel and the product has to be returned unused. Before you can send us back the item, contact us at orders@meatballdesign.com. We’ll send you confirmation and instructions for returning your order.

Please be advised in case of a return only the basic fare without tracking will be refunded not the additional forms of shipping.

Custom Orders

Please allow up to 10 working days for production of custom orders after Payment has arrived.

Bear in mind that due to the creative effort that goes into the custom orders, customized products are excluded from returns. So, please confirm your order before I start making it!
